The Bruce Kapson Gallery, established in 1982, specializes in the vintage works of Edward S. Curtis and historic American Indian art. For the past 25 years, the Bruce Kapson Gallery has been an important source for private collectors nationally and internationally. Moreover, owner Bruce Kapson, alone among his peers, has worked as Curtis curator and independent research scholar as well as a consultant to both academia and government.
In 2002, after 17 years as a mainstay Santa Monica, California gallery, the Bruce Kapson Gallery closed its doors to the public and became solely a private consultant and dealer.

We are pleased to announce that The Curtis Collection, the internet’s oldest Edward S. Curtis site and owner of the world’s largest archive of original Copper Photogravure Plates, has selected the Bruce Kapson Gallery to exclusively provide the vintage works of Edward S.
