Vintage Goldtone in the original Curtis Studio frame with partial Curtis Studio description legend as well complete Curtis Studio sticker present on remnant of original backing, 11 x 14, circa 1904. The image itself is simply luminous, neither too dark nor too light, representing the perfect and most desired exposure to be found in the Goldtone process. This Goldtone is in pristine condition with the exception of a light scratch of approximately .75" in length seen on the glass, 2" in at the bottom from the left frame edge. The Curtis Studio frame is in overall excellent original condition with very minor cracking found on all bat-wing corners.
